How We Can Help
One-on-One Coaching
Coachees will design specialized solutions as they work through our “Ignite” leadership coaching framework. They will walk away with practical insight on how to know themselves, care for themselves, lead themselves, and lead others.
Group Mastermind Calls
All coachees are enrolled in a small group Mastermind that meets on a regular basis. This is a great complement to the one-on-one coaching sessions.
Members-Only Leadership Resources
Each week, coachees will receive an email resource written by Clear Path’s Founder and President, Brady Ross, designed to reinforce key concepts discussed in coaching sessions.
Team Workshops
Clear Path coaches are experienced facilitators who are available to speak to teams of all sizes on self-leadership, working styles, and other relevant topics.
ICF-Accredited Coach Training
Clear Path Leadership believes in the power of coaching as demonstrated by the International Coaching Federation’s definition and core competencies. We partner with Coach Approach to deliver ICF-accredited coach training for aspiring coaches.
